Ingredientes
- 300ml de Azeite Andorinha Extra Virgem Seleção
- Bacalhau demolhado em posta
- 10 dentes de alhos laminados
- 3 colheres de sopa de Salsa em folha
- 50ml de vinagre de vinho tinto
- 1,5kg de batatinhas novas
- 1kg de sal marinho tradicional
Modo DE PREPARO
Enxugue as postas de bacalhau com um pano e leve para grelhar com a pele para baixo. Quando estiver grelhado do lado da pele, mergulhe em água fria e coloque do lado oposto para grelhar novamente.
(Este processo serve para o bacalhau não secar demais.)
Quando terminar de grelhar, leve ao forno aquecido a 100C com o Azeite Andorinha Extra Virgem Spray durante 10 minutos.
Lave bem as batatas em água abundante e coloque em tabuleiro fundo, cubra de sal grosso e leve ao forno. As batatas estão cozidas, quando um palito as perfurar com facilidade.
Aqueça o alho laminado com 100ml de Azeite Andorinha Extra Virgem, sem deixar ferver, em uma panela tampada.
Retire o sal das batatas e esmague-as ligeiramente. Junte ao bacalhau no momento de servir e finalize com o azeite com alhos, a salsa em folha e o vinagre.
