Ingredientes
Calda
- 2 kg de frutas vermelhas ou morangos
- 500 ml de vinho branco
- 150 g de açúcar
Bolo
- 100 ml de Azeite Andorinha extra Virgem Vintage
- 400 g de chocolate amargo em barra
- 150 g de farinha de trigo
- 8 ovos
- 1 colher de chá de gengibre picado
- 1 colher de café de canela em pó
- 200 g de açúcar
- 50 ml de aguardente
Modo DE PREPARO
Calda
Ferva o vinho com o açúcar até obter uma textura de xarope. Deixe esfriar.
Triture o preparado com os morangos. Reserve.
Bolo
Coloque o chocolate a derreter em banho maria. Bata ligeiramente com a mão os ovos e o açúcar, junte o chocolate mexendo sempre, incorpore a farinha, o Azeite Andorinha Extra Virgem Vintage, a canela, o gengibre e, por fim, a aguardente.
Leve o preparado para assar em formas individuais untadas com manteiga e polvilhadas com farinha, em forno aquecido a 200C durante 10 minutos.
Deixe esfriar e desenforme.
Sirva em um prato, junto com a calda.
