Ingredientes
6 colheres (sopa) Azeite de Oliva Andorinha
1 dente de alho picado
1 cebola pérola picadinha
4 colheres (sopa) de bacon picado
4 minipães italianos redondos, sem tampa e sem excesso de miolo
500 mL de creme de leite fresco com 1 colher de sopa de amido de milho diluído
100 g de queijo ementhal picado
2 xícaras (chá) de brócolis picado e aferventado
Azeite Andorinha a gosto para finalizar
Modo DE PREPARO
1. Em uma frigideira, frite o bacon em fogo alto até ficar crocante. Reserve.
2. Pincele a parte interna dos pães utilizando 3 colheres de Azeite Andorinha Extra Virgem Spray e reserve.
3. Bata no liquidificador 2 xícaras de brócolis com o creme de leite e reserve.
4. Em uma panela média, coloque 3 colheres de Azeite de Oliva Andorinha, o alho e a cebola. Refogue em fogo médio até a cebola ficar transparente e o alho começar a dourar.
5. Acrescente o creme de brócolis batido e o queijo a esse refogado e mexa até o queijo derreter e o creme engrossar um pouco.
6. Distribua a sopa nos pães, polvilhe o bacon reservado, regue com Azeite Andorinha Extra Virgem a gosto e sirva imediatamente.
