Ingredientes
2 colheres sopa de Azeite Andorinha Orgânico
1 maçã grande picada em cubos
1 pêra grande picada em cubos
2 pêssegos grandes picados em cubos
1 cacho grande de uva itália
1 colher sopa de açúcar mascavo
½ Suco de limão siciliano
30 ml de Jerez
100 ml de creme de leite fresco
Hortelã fresco a gosto
Molho
2 xícaras de chá de suco de maçã
1 xícara de chá de suco de laranja
1 colher sopa de açúcar mascavo
1 colher sopa de maisena
Modo DE PREPARO
Infusão de hortelã: Aqueça o Jerez a 30 graus e coloque a hortelã fresca, deixe por 1 hora e depois coe. Reserve.
Chantilly de limão siciliano: Fazer o chantilly com suco de limão siciliano em uma garrafa de chantilly ou batedeira, um pouco de açúcar mascavo e infusão de Jerez com hortelã
Modo de preparo:
Lave as frutas em água corrente e pique em pedaços pequenos. Em seguida coloque-as em uma panela.
Junte o Azeite Andorinha Orgânico, o açúcar e 1/2 xícara chá de água. Leve ao fogo baixo e cozinhe por 15 minutos ou até as frutas ficarem macias. Retire do fogo e reserve.
Molho: coloque o suco de maçã, o suco de laranja, o açúcar e a maisena em uma panela. Leve ao fogo alto cozinhe por 5 minutos, sem parar de mexer ou até formar um molho ralo. Retire do fogo.
Despeje sobre as frutas já geladas, coloque o chantilly por cima e decore com folhas frescas de hortelã. Sirva bem gelado.
