Ingredientes
Molho:
- Vinagrete de Limão e Mel
- 20 g de Limão Taiti
- 10 g de Mel
- 80 g de Azeite Andorinha Extra Virgem Orgânico
- Sal a gosto
Para a montagem da salada:
- 200 g de Mix de folhas
- 20 g de Fruta Liofilizada de sua preferência (manga, abacaxi, etc)
- 60 g de Pupunha crua lâminada
- 60 g de Maçã laminada
- 30 g de Gominhos de laranja
- 20 g de Macadâmia
- Folhas de manjericão a gosto
Modo DE PREPARO
Molho:
Em um recipiente adicionar todos os ingredientes e misturar até que fique homogênea.
Montagem da salada:
Em um recipiente, temperar o mix de folhas e frutas com o vinagrete de limão e mel.
Colocar o mix de folhas temperados no centro do prato, espalhar as macadâmias e as frutas liofilizadas.
Decorar com folhas de manjericão.
