Ingredientes
- 20 ml de Azeite Andorinha Extra Virgem Orgânico
- 1 pão de forma preto cortado ao meio
- 100 ml de creme de leite fresco
- 40 g de salmão defumado (comprar já fatiado)
- 20 ml de suco de limão siciliano
- 20 g de mel orgânico
- Endro dill a gosto
- Sal e pimenta a gosto
Modo DE PREPARO
Para o chantilly:
Em um bowl gelado (deixe-o por meia hora na geladeira), coloque o creme de leite, raspas e suco do limão siciliano, Azeite Andorinha Extra Virgem Orgânico e sal e pimenta a gosto. Bata até que comece a virar um chantilly não muito consistente. Pode bater mão ou utilizar uma batedeira. Reserve em geladeira.
Montagem da receita:
Toste o pão em uma tostadeira convencional ou em uma panela de teflon. Com o fundo da colher, passe um pouco do chantilly no pão e disponha as fatias de salmão defumado. Com duas colheres de sobremesa, disponha o chantilly em cima das fatias. Pegue o mel com uma colher pequena e deixe cair em fios sobre o chantilly. Finalize com raspas de limão siciliano e endro dill a gosto. Saboreie. :)
