Ingredientes
Azeite Andorinha Extra Virgem Vintage (para finalizar)
1,5 kg de chocolate branco
1 litro de creme de leite fresco
1 pacote de bolacha de amêndoas
120 g de manteiga
100 g de castanha-do-pará laminada
300 g de calda de chocolate amargo
Modo DE PREPARO
Coloque em banho maria o chocolate branco. Assim que ele derreter, acrescente 900 ml do creme de leite, mexendo delicadamente de baixo para cima de forma que se misture bem. Reserve. Debulhe com a mão toda a bolacha e incorpore a manteiga para fazer uma massa.
Espalhe essa massa em uma assadeira de fundo falso. Já com a massa espalhada, derrube a mistura da chocolate branco e leve ao freezer por 24 horas. Derreta em fogo baixo o chocolate amargo juntamente aos 100 ml restantes de creme de leite e 20 g de manteiga, fazendo uma calda homogênea.
Montagem:
No dia seguinte, corte a torta já congelada em pedaços de 5 cm, jogue a calda quente por cima e salteie com a castanha. Regue com um fio de Azeite Andorinha Extra Virgem Vintage e sirva!
Dica: essa mesma receita pode ser colocada em pequenos copinhos e levadas geladeira. Nesse caso, pode dispensar a bolacha. Uma ótima opção para dias de festa.
