Ingredientes
2 colheres de sopa de Azeite Andorinha Extra Virgem Vintage
1/2 xícara de açúcar
1 ovo
1 1/2 xícara de farinha de trigo
1 colher (sopa) de cacau em pó
1/3 de xícara de amêndoa crua, sem pele, triturada bem fino no processador
1/2 colher (chá) de essência de baunilha
Para a ganache
. 250 ml de creme de leite fresco
. 180 g de chocolate meio amargo, com 60% de cacau, picado
. 30 g de chocolate ao leite
. 1/2 xícara de framboesa
. Frutas vermelhas variadas, hortelã e chocolate em pó para decorar
Modo DE PREPARO
Na batedeira, junte o Azeite Andorinha Extra Virgem Vintage com o açúcar e bata até obter um creme. Acrescente o ovo e mexa. Adicione a farinha misturada com o cacau, a amêndoa e a baunilha e misture até que a massa fique grudenta. Em uma travessa forrada com filme plástico, leve para gelar por 30 minutos. Abra a massa e forre com ela uma forma retangular baixa, de fundo removível, de 10 x 34 cm. Fure-a com um garfo e leve ao freezer por 15 minutos. Cubra com papel-manteiga e preencha com grãos de feijão. Leve ao forno moderado (180 ºC), preaquecido, por 20 minutos. Retire o papel com o feijão e reserve.
Prepare a ganache
Em uma panela, aqueça o creme de leite. Em uma tigela, regue os dois tipos de chocolate com o creme de leite. Espere dois minutos e mexa com um batedor de mão fazendo movimentos circulares até obter uma mistura homogênea. Deixe amornar e despeje sobre a massa.
Por cima, disponha as framboesas apertando ligeiramente para que fiquem encobertas pela ganache. Com uma espátula, alise a superfície. Leve para gelar por 30 minutos ou até ficar firme.
Sirva a torta decorada com frutas vermelhas, hortelã e chocolate em pó.
